Hello, I’m Nadya

Even-Keeled was born from a need to make sense of the contradictions we live with, the ones society insists aren’t contradictions at all.

I’m Nadya. I write from lived experience across continents and contexts, grounding personal stories in research and data, not so much to prove a point as to question what’s often accepted as settled. I’ve been drawn to writing and exploring since I was a kid; back then, I called it journalism, though what I really wanted was to ask hard questions and make sense of things. My neurodivergent brain makes it hard for me to leave things unexamined; curiosity often pulls me into rabbit holes, and I emerge with questions about the gap between what we claim to believe and what actually shows up in our lives and cultures. I also draw on fifteen years of high-stakes sales management experience – from London to Dubai to Paris – to interrogate how our professional systems can better serve the people within them.

But mostly, I write to connect – to share the honest, unfinished truths that might resonate with someone else on their own path. I haven’t figured it all out yet, but I believe that honest interrogation matters more than comfortable conclusions. There is power in telling our stories authentically, even as we’re still figuring them out.

Even-Keeled is about staying curious, asking better questions, and examining the systems and stories that shape how we navigate the world. The topics will evolve as I do, but the approach remains steady: thoughtful, unflinching, and always seeking what’s true beyond what’s simply accepted.
